My classes are all geared towards the individual goals of the individual, whether you are just starting out on a fitness program or are in full training for your next triathlon. For those that don't like to exercise in groups, I offer individual one on one classes. At our private gym, I offer circuit training in small groups and circuit training. For those riders that do indoor cycling classes on a regular basis, are fit and are keen to 'push it'. Classes can include hill climbs, stamina training and speed work. ONE ON ONE CLASSES
For those riders that prefer to do their exercise in private, the one to one indoor cycling classes are custom built around the fitness goals of the individual. Classes are limited to 2 riders should you wish to bring a friend. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class. Please call or text to book a one on one spin class. Prices start from £12 per rider per half hour spin.
Personal training sessions are aimed at individuals wishing to achieve their health and fitness goals. Sessions are tailored to the individual requirements of the participant. Maximum of 3 persons per session. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class. Please call or text to book. Prices start from £10 per person per 30 mins.
Taking place at Northampton County Lawn Tennis Club Boot Camp, this workout provides a mixture of strength exercises and will work the heart and lungs as well as giving almost every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, relays, working on your own or with a partner. The session is 30 mins, held after the spin class every Friday.
