CLASSES

My classes are all geared towards the individual goals of the individual, whether you are just starting out on a fitness program or are in full training for your next triathlon. For those that don't like to exercise in groups, I offer individual one on one classes. At our private gym, I offer circuit training in small groups and circuit training. If you'd like to book into any class, click on 'BOOK NOW' and choose the date and time of the class you're interested in. Payment can be made online via paypal.

           MONTHLY INDOOR CYCLING via ZOOM
           Access to all classes that month

 

If you have an indoor bike or rollers at home we offer access to all the classes via Zoom.  All you need is a phone, iPad or laptop in front of the bike and you can participate alongside the class in the studio and feel as though you are in the room. Just book the monthly online class.

           INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES
           30 min and 45 min - Everyday - See Timetable

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been to a spin class in a while, do indoor cycling classes on a regular basis or enjoy road cycling and want to ride indoors for a challenging alternative.  We do 30 minute classes and 45 minute classes throughout the week Monday to Saturday.  Obviously you have to be in good health, fit and keen to push it.  It can include hill climbs, stamina training and speed work. If you want to push a little more there are also 45 minute classes operating 3 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class. Please call or text. No rescheduling allowed within 24 hours of the class.

           BOOTCAMP
           Tuesday Evening 30 min 

 

Boot camp fitness classes are dynamic and intense group workouts that combine elements of military-style training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional exercises. This class is designed to provide a total body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically. One of the defining characteristics of boot camp fitness classes is the energetic and motivating atmosphere they provide. Participants are encouraged to push their limits, fostering a sense of camaraderie and creating a supportive community within the class.  This takes place outside on the tennis club training court at 7pm every week.

Personal training sessions are aimed at individuals or groups wishing to achieve their health and fitness goals. Sessions are tailored to the individual requirements of the participants. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class. Please call or text to book. Prices vary.
