Beginners Class

For everyone new to an Indoor Cycling class

Wednesdays at 10.00 am & Saturdays at 10.30am

This is a great class to try out spin.  You will be taught how to set up the bike, coached on the correct spin technique and it is a lower impact class.

Mixed Ability Class

Mondays and Tuesdays at 10.00am

Fridays and Saturday at 9.30am

Monday 6.30pm , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 6.00pm & 7.00pm

Private Indoor Cycling Class

Private 1 on 1 or group sessions can be booked any day and time of the week subject to availability. Please call first.
